You Are Overweight Because...

It cannot be any simpler. The main reason people gain weight is not because they forget to exercise or don't diet enough. It is because they are not eating the right kinds of foods. Also because of the patterns at which people eat.

I am not trying to confuse you but the main cause is FOOD. Eating habits play a major role. Let me use an example. Lets say that someone who works 40 hours a week never has time to eat breakfast in the morning. They feel that they are not hungry when they wake up and usually just grabs lunch later at around noontime.

So a couple hours pass and then this person feels very hungry all of a sudden but break time is not for another hour or two. Once this person is able to eat he or she goes out and gets a pizza because they figure that since they have not eaten anything yet that it is ok to load up on anything.

So then they eat most of the pizza and feel full and bloated after a few minutes.

But usually in a situation like that you would never think that is one of the main reasons people become fat.

Believe it or not many people have no idea how they should be eating so they are so careless that it has never even occurred to them.

The bottom line is that many people have no idea how to eat to get thin like a fitness model. Lots of people only dream of looking like a celebrity you see on TV but don't take the time to learn how to eat right.

It is not just about eating the right foods but at the right times. Our bodies are like engines. We need fuel but we need a little bit at a time. This is when portion sizes come into play.

We do not need to eat past the point when we feel satisfied. When I say satisfied I mean NOT HUNGRY anymore. We eat for energy. We eat until we are all set and feel fine. Anything extra will be stored as fat.

So I am saying that your eating habits may be the BIGGEST reason you are overweight. Exercising should only come second after you have got the eating part down. That is the magic of getting thin and losing pounds of fat.
